Good service but disappointed product
Flowers arrived with more roses & gerberas with only minimum lilies, drastically different from what is shown on the website. Coupled with the already fully bloomed roses, have serious doubts this arrangement will last more than a few days. This is not my first purchase, but would appear it would be my last this time round.

Paying via paypal your company should advise the conversion to USD so a customer does not under or overpay. The paypal experience could be improved for a single sign on vs sending money. As a first time user of FlowerChimp this was a deterrent at first. Great service once confirmation was received. Thank you
