You should have a better order tracking system, to provide customer with information order progress. Currently only using WA is not convenient.

I'm glad that you introduced PayPal into your payment options already. It would be very helpful for me as a customer if you adjusted your IT system to your PP account, so that my current order would be transferred into my PayPal menu directly, so I needn't type all order details into the transaction info, and can't make any mistake any more (I mistyped the Order No. recently, so I had to cancel the order and repeat the whole process from the beginning). After you improved your PayPal option, this will save a lot of time for your staff and for your customers. Best regards
