Ordering process was good, very reliable service, fast response for confirmation/inquiries via E-mail. Flower bouquet was very nice, recipient was very happy!What could be improved: Maintaining the freshness on the flowers (although I understand the challenge in Asia). Perhaps flowers can be delivered in a water container with vitamins?

Perhaps the customer service been great, her name is Aishah.And for the quality, umh...this was my 2nd order & i think, the 1st one was better, i only can tell the different from the picture, it seems more thick & broad, i dunno i only see from the photo their sent me (the receiver). Thank you.
